Tribals pretty much always have a biological age that is the same as their chronological age. Max chronological variance is tied to backstories and for all normal tribal backstories this is 0. There might be one or two special tribal backstories that have chronological variance, like maybe a backer character, but I can't think of any offhand.tbf They can afford this attitude because they have developed a successful game that has been bought by the majority of players.
