That ‘64 Porsche with Praiano’s tune drives amazing and I was able to win it for the first time easy. It’s a very unique feeling car, but I love it. I think it was lap 5 or 6 before I took the lead, after everyone boxed, but that car could run that race twice over without having to think about fuel. 99% are excellent tunes. There's the odd one that doesn't really work that well, but Praiano is a master at tuning for Gran Turismo as a whole, not just GT7. I liked all of the "Road Car" swaps, but yes, they're not exactly the best drives. Can't lower weight. Rim's size has effect to PP and stability values! For me the exact PP and speed stability values on the screenshot can be reached only with 19" standard (not wide!) rim width and offset. I do not think that 0.xy PP difference does matter, but the low speed stability changes also with the rim size/width/offset between -0.23 and +0.03!
