I have heard that a 383 will put 525rwhp, 535rwtq or not. And the same for the 396 but 110rwhp more and cant use the n2o.

I dont think anyones mentioned this, but you dont have to go 383, you can go 385 (0.040 over) or 396 (3.875" stroke) or 398 (3.875" stroke and 0.040 over), or you even go 0.060 over if you dont ever plan on spraying.
