The break room at my store has a sign that says all pharmacists are allowed to close to the pharmacy for meal breaks at their discretion. I've never seen any do it as they usually trust the techs enough to leave the store open. I've never had a pharmacist skip their lunch in the 8+ years I've worked for the company.
