I can understand your sentiment. I found UWorld frustrating in the beginning. For me, I found UWorld to be an excellent resource for consistent practice months out from the test date. Yes it is harder, but it’ll help you improve immensely. Once you get closer to your test date, say 1.5 months in advance, I’d switch to exclusively AAMC material. Rather than focusing on difficulty, focus on realism. Nothing out there is as realistic as AAMC materials. Review content any way you wish and practice early with whatever you wish.
