An update on our over-the-air signal problems: Our engineers are heading back up to our main transmitter this morning to attempt additional repairs to get our over-the-air signal back up. Repairs were attempted this past weekend, but thunderstorms near the transmitter on Saturday caused delays, and once repairs resumed ...To alleviate the problem and maintain the signal for you to enjoy all of our programming, 28/22 News will be moving the WYOU signal to our subchannel 28.3 until the problem is fixed.Jun 28, 2012 · WKYC Channel 3 - Cleveland.
