It happened to me too. A very important email disappeared when I hit the send button. I'm using Outlook v.15.24; OS X Yosemite 10.10.5; Exchange. I couldn't believe it. The only "warning" I had was no sound indicating the email had sent. Fearing the worst, I quickly composed and sent two test messages. Again, no sound.I have NOT been able to solve my issue.
