Re: 32 weeks; 4 cm dilated, 70% effaced. I didn't have quite the same experience as you. My water suddenly broke in the middle of the night at 32 weeks. When I got the L&D, I was 8-9cm dilated, so DS had to be delivered by c-section (breech). But I can tell you that 32+ weekers usually do really well in the NICU.
